PI polyimide tape
Polyimide tape is based on polyimide film, using imported silicone pressure sensitive adhesive, there are two kinds of materials: single-sided fluoroplastic release material composite or non composite. High precision coating of ± 2.5um, no scratch, wire drawing and other phenomena, good shear, easy punching die-cutting processing, high and low temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, solvent resistance, electrical insulation (grade H), radiation resistance and other properties. It is suitable for wave soldering shielding of electronic circuit board, protection of gold finger and high-grade electrical insulation, motor insulation, and fixation of positive and negative electrode ears of lithium battery.
Application
In the electronic and electrical industry, it can be used for winding insulation binding of H-class motor and transformer with higher requirements, end binding and fixing of high temperature resistant coil, temperature measuring thermal resistance protection, capacitance and wire entanglement and other bonding insulation under high temperature working conditions. In the circuit board manufacturing industry, it can be used for electronic protection paste, especially for SMT temperature protection, electronic switch, PCB metal finger protection, electronic transformer, relay and other electronic components that need high temperature resistance and moisture-proof protection. According to the needs of the special process, it is equipped with low static and flame retardant polyimide tape! High temperature surface reinforcement protection, metal material high temperature spray painting, sandblasting coating shielding surface protection, after high temperature spray painting and baking, it is easy to peel off, leaving no residual glue. It has the advantages of high temperature resistance, high tensile strength, good chemical resistance, no residual glue, ROHS environmental protection and halogen-free.
