8. Other precautions:Adhesive Tape

1) Distinguish the tape type and identify the tape specification. It is not allowed to use the wrong tape.

2) Before winding, check the connector for branch missing, terminal not in place, connector damage, wrong connector use, sealing plug falling off, branch crossing, wire twisting, etc.

3) Generally, it is required to wind the tape from the small branch and then the trunk. For the full winding of small branches, the tape shall not be pulled too long, and it is not allowed to reverse the glue and leak the line.Adhesive Tape

4) The tape winding shall overlap tightly and the surface shall be smooth.

5) The fully wrapped tape should not overlap too much. The harness tape can reduce tape waste and save production time. The winding spacing shall be uniform.

6) It is not allowed to wrap and stick the tape randomly, and it is not allowed to waste the tape.Adhesive Tape

7) Put forward reasonable suggestions to improve the current winding mode or tape specification.

8) When the tape is exhausted, the 5S principle shall be observed, the remaining tape shall be removed, and the tape and paper ring shall be put into the corresponding recycling bucket respectively
