Application method of 3M double-sided adhesive tape for Automotive Masking Tape

1. If the adhesive surface needs to be cleaned and dried, the surface can be rubbed with the mixture of isopropanol and water, and the next step can be carried out only after the surface is dry.

2. After the cleaning solvent is dry, stick 3M double-sided tape on the surface of the adhesive object for compression. Apply uniform pressure by roller or other means until it is bonded.

3. After bonding, tear off the adhesive tape release paper, and then stick the material to be bonded on the other side, and apply the force in the same way to achieve better bonding effect. If bubbles are encountered, remove them.

4. Stick 3M double-sided adhesive tape at 15-38 ℃ and * * 10 ℃ will not achieve good results.

5. During the bonding of 3M double-sided tape, the force shall be applied from one end to the other at a uniform speed, otherwise bubbles will appear.
